So, of course, there is an American Cheese Society. They have a competition every year and cheeses from all over are pitted against one another for various prizes. This year's best-in-show cheese is an aged Raclette from the Leelanau Cheese Company in Sutton Bay Michigan. (Note: the photo shows the star cheese becoming age-ed.
