Sarah and I just got back from the Czech Republic, and in amongst some fantastic regional delights, I got to try this strange cheese called Olomoucke tvaruzky. Available as an appetizer at almost any pub, it'll be the downright nastiest cheese you've ever tasted. I honestly considered spitting it out but managed to get it down. Not even the hot mustard and raw onions it was served with was enough to cover the taste. I'm a stinky cheese lover, but I've met my match in this one -- I only got through 1/8 of the serving.
