ok... so the bottom cheese is a Blue Cheese from france called St. Agur. The one above that is an award winning quebec cheese called Sauvigne. The next one up is a hard cheese from the UK called Old Smalls. It was nutty. The one on top is of course a delicious Keens cheddar from the UK. I got all of these from the wonderful people at Jacobsons on Beechwood.
Ok... so. my favourite was the Sauvigne i think. What was yours???
I just sampled the leftovers again - except there was no Sauvigne left. I love the magic crystals in the Old Smalls!
